CAMS — RCL Research Note July 30, 2026

Royal Caribbean's operating evidence improved, but the post-earnings tape is demanding. Adjusted second-quarter earnings reached $4.21 a share, the full-year outlook increased to $17.73–$17.87, and 2027 bookings ran ahead of historical pacing at record pricing.

The shares gained 13.2% in five sessions while consumer discretionary weakened and VIX reached 20.7. The next test is whether booking strength can hold against itinerary disruption and a defensive market regime.

The full Level 2+ review maps the internal debate, fundamentals ledger, valuation scenarios, market structure and invalidation conditions. Read the gated RCL Deep Coverage Review or join CAMS Premium Research.
