CAMS may use third-party tools or providers such as payment processors, email platforms, analytics tools, embedded media providers, or hosting vendors. Those providers may process information according to their own policies.
CAMS may also use cookies, analytics, or similar technologies to understand site usage, improve performance, and support marketing or operational needs.
For a paid membership CAMS keeps the email address used at checkout, the account created for it, the plan, the payment status and paid-through date, and the Stripe customer and subscription identifiers. Card numbers are never seen or stored by CAMS; Stripe processes payment. For the free Weekly Outlook list CAMS keeps the email address, when it was confirmed, and whether it is unsubscribed.
These records are kept while a membership is active and for 24 months after access ends, so refunds, disputes and a returning member can be handled. An unsubscribed free-list address is kept for 24 months so it is not mailed again, then removed. Stripe keeps its own payment records under its policy.
Every marketing-type email carries a one-click way to stop that kind of email; payment, password and access messages are always sent while a membership is active. Email preferences are on the member account page.
To receive a copy of the information CAMS holds, or to have it deleted, email Richard@curveaheadmarketstrategies.com from the address on file. Deletion removes the account, the identifiers on the membership records and the free-list entry; an active paid term ends with it. Requests are answered within one business day, subject to legal record-keeping limits.
Users may unsubscribe from emails, disable cookies in their browser, or contact CAMS regarding data-related questions, subject to technical and legal limits.
