XOVR Research Note — The Wrapper Still Needs Proof

CAMS — XOVR Research Note August 13, 2026
CAMS — XOVR Research Note August 13, 2026

XOVR recovered above its long-term trend, but its discount still rests on a partly modeled fund value. About 16.08% of stated value sits in private assets, including a 14.42% SpaceX vehicle. The fund gained roughly 6.3% after the August 6 SpaceX supply event, yet the move cannot be cleanly divided between listed-stock strength and a catch-up in the private mark.

The August 13 reference near $20.47 was about 0.97% below estimated net asset value. That gap is modest, and independent same-day readings were not fully consistent. The next useful evidence will come from later SpaceX supply, updated fund holdings and whether redemptions remain orderly.

The Level 2+ review examines the internal debate, holdings ledger, valuation scenarios and the conditions that would change the thesis. Read the gated XOVR Deep Coverage Review or join CAMS Premium Research.
