TG Therapeutics approaches its November 9 update after a powerful second-quarter BRIUMVI expansion. U.S. net product revenue reached $227.7 million, and total global revenue was $240.3 million. Management raised full-year U.S. BRIUMVI revenue guidance to $890 million to $905 million and put total global guidance at about $950 million. The next release will test whether that pace carried into the second half.
The operating picture is less settled. Second-quarter research and development expense was $95.3 million, sales, general and administrative expense was $82.1 million, and net income was $7.8 million. Those figures place expense conversion beside the commercial advance rather than treating revenue growth as the whole story.
The balance sheet provides room for continued investment. Cash and investment securities totaled $612.3 million at June 30. That liquidity matters because TG Therapeutics is supporting both its commercial platform and clinical work, while the timing of improved operating leverage remains an open question.
Concentration deserves equal attention. Four customers accounted for all reported quarterly gross product revenue, with shares ranging from 12% to 40%. A single vendor outside the United States supplies BRIUMVI bulk drug substance, and third parties handle manufacturing and distribution. The commercial pace therefore sits alongside customer, supply, and logistics dependencies.
Market pricing adds sensitivity. TGTX closed at $59.825 on November 6 after reaching $63.60 during the captured period on November 2. Those figures do not settle the market's response, but they show why the November 9 results and 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time business-update call may prompt a fast reassessment of execution.
The full TG Therapeutics premium review examines the operating record and surrounding risks in greater depth. This public note stays with the narrower question: can BRIUMVI revenue growth translate into stronger expense leverage without new concentration or supply pressure?
