NVIDIA's earnings record remains exceptional, but its market structure has weakened. The July 31 research records 85.2% revenue growth, a 62.97% net margin and eight consecutive quarterly earnings beats. Hyperscaler capital budgets also remained intact entering the August evidence window.
The shares nevertheless fell below their 200-day average as technology lost 7.8% during July and the ten-year Treasury yield reached 4.66%. That split matters. The operating thesis has not broken, but the tape is demanding fresh proof from customer budgets, margin durability and NVIDIA's August 26 report.
