Spain Credit Rating Downgraded on Negative Outlook

 Spain late Thursday. 

The rating agency lowering its long term sovereign credit rating on the country to from 'A' to 'BBB+' citing worries about rising debt.

The Standard & Poor's also cut its short term sovereign credit rating to 'A-1' to 'A-2' and said the outlook on the long term rating is negative.
