Tesla Auto-Driving Is Being Investigated After Fatal Crash

Published on Jun 30, 2016 June 30 — The U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has opened an investigation into a fatal accident involving a Tesla Motors (TSLA, quote) sedan when the electric-auto maker’s Autopilot software was engaged.
